OBJECTIVES
We
have objectively placed ourselves in order to achieve our maximum
aims. Our focus on the problem of street children centers on our
commitment to minimize if not eradicating this problem. The important
objectives thus, are:
- The
identification and implementation of children’s rights.
- Creating
a network of bodies that are engaged in services to the street
children for better coordination in order to avoid intra-NGO conflicts.
- Involving
local communities, Public personalities and the business sector
to avoid abuse and malpractices against street children.
- The
development of a strategic plan for the coordination of activities
(including prevention, treatment and rehabilitation) to improve
the health and welfare of street children.
- To
develop ways and means in order to help these children equip themselves
with better survival skills.
- The
development of an advocacy role with the purpose of:

Improving community attitudes towards understanding the problem.
- Reducing
discrimination at all levels of contact.
- Influencing
policy makers to devise policies acceptable to allTo ensure and
establish that every individual street child is enabled to contribute
to the structure of society in the sense of harmony, peace and
socially integrated living
